Suspect Linked to Multiple Gas Station Robberies in the Aurora Area
Aurora, Colo. – February 14, 2025 In an effort to identify a suspect in a string of armed robberies at nearby gas stations, The Aurora Police Department (APD) is requesting information from the public. Officials are looking for tips after releasing surveillance footage of one of the robberies, which shows the suspect attacking a victim with a big knife. The suspect has been connected to other situations in the region.
The Suspect’s Method And The Robbery Timeline
The suspect is thought to be linked to a number of robberies that have been happening over the past year, mostly at gas stations near the 3300 block of S. Tower Road. The suspect has either shown or stated that he had a weapon before running over the counter to steal goods such as booze, cigarettes, and vaping devices in each of the robberies. The following dates saw at least five robberies that the police believe happened by the same individuals:

- August 18, 2024—3385 S. Tower Road
- October 21, 2024—3385 S. Tower Road
- December 12, 2024—3385 S. Tower Road
- February 8, 2025—18883 E. Hampden Ave.
Most of the time, the thief attacked the victims with a big knife while taking alcohol, cigarettes, and vaping devices.In these thefts, authorities have made footage from one of the incidents public in the hopes that it could generate new information.
Release Of Surveillance Video
CCTV footage from the August 18, 2024, robbery at a gas station on S. Tower Road was made public by the APD. The guy can be seen attacking the worker behind the counter, removing a huge knife, and taking items from the footage. Authorities hope that by making the video available to the public, somebody will be able to identify the culprit or provide more details that could help with the investigation.
